There's a drainage easement with a buried storm drain that runs along the back of the property (not by the street as indicated in water leak type) that's maintained by the City of Huntsville. This spot sits directly on top of that pipe and is always saturated/has standing water. Everywhere else around it is completely dry. There's no sprinkler system installed on the property and the water main that's maintained by Limestone County is in the front yard by the street. Does Hunstville have some sort of water line in this area? Trying to figure out the source of the water.

Reservoir/retention area was expanded last year and while i do periodically dig it out the walls have eroded and breached. Current size is adequate but looking to see if the breeched areas can be built back up and additional rock placed.

Drainage pipe drains into private property bringing debris and trash from construction sites up the road - constantly cleaning up all the trash that flows into my property. Understand there's an easement but the reservoir has largely been filled in from topsoil that washes down from the construction sites so all the water floods my property. Just need the small reservoir dug out.
