    The fence installed by Howard County has deteriorated in multiple places and it was just noticed that the one section has actually fallen down, and there are others that are ready to fall. This is a safety issue for the school children that use this path several times during the day and other community members that use this path. Appreciate you taking the time to look into the repair or replacement of this fence.
