There is a debris bag that was placed in the street drain back when the neighborhood was built in the early 2000s. It has never been removed and is the only one in the neighborhood. It is full and impossible for us to remove. It blocks leaves, etc from going down the drain, especially in heavy rains so we get build up in front of it. We would like it to be removed. I called and spoke to a lady last fall and she said she would submit it but nothing ever happened. I just learned about this site recently.
