The One Bus Away app. Is not pulling up real time information on the buses.

Every time I attempt to choose a stop on the app, I get a message that says "night Sky"

I would like to express my concern that HART does not consider people in the Brandon, Valrico, Sun City, and South County areas when public meeting are being held. The route 8 is going to be changed making it more difficult for people in these areas to have access to transportation to go to HART facilities for public meetings. Its already difficult enough for people in these areas that have to catch several connections and stay extended amount of times on the buses and having to wait for connections. I also would like to express that I received an email from Lena Petit regarding the HART ADA public meeting though there was no information on how someone can attend the meeting virtually.

Tis driver is a great driver, very friendly, polite, patient, and very professional

This bus is making announcements, but they are so faint, that they are not really audible or useful. I missed my stop because of this, and I rely heavily on this system to work properly.

The van picked me up 23 minutes past the end of my window. This made me late for work.

2 Sundays in a row, the floors were sticky on the vehicle. (11/25, 12/2). I have a service animal, and my service animal had to lay down on these sticky floors.

Another person on the bus made derogatory comments about how long it was taking us to board the bus with our guide dogs. She said she was going to file a complaint. The driver explained to her that guide dogs were allowed on the bus and he was very respectful. I wanted to compliment him on his kindness and patience.
