I filed a request last week about the yard waste not being picked up (9876543) that was closed. I was told to leave the yard waste out, which I did, but it has yet to be picked up? I am sure my neighbors do not like seeing my yard waste bucket out there this long, can you help?

Yard waste wasn’t picked up friday morning, I opened a case and was told it would be picked up today. It was not picked up though.

Yard waste not picked up yet, this has been ongoing issue for almost 3-4 weeks now

I have a wooden pallet I would like to get rid of, probably about 4 ft by 4ft, and a couple of 2 by 4's that are less than 8 feet in length. Can I schedule these for pickup, so I can leave them out with my trash this Friday morning for our scheduled pickup?

There has been a constant water leak and freeze over on the northeast corner of the intersection of piney orchard parkway, and waugh chapel road. It is starting from the grass behind the grass, drains across the sidewalk and to the street, it constantly freezes over, and does not get that much sun so it has not thawed much

Starting from the circle, going west on Odenton road, the travel lane has many potholes all the way to the top of the hill. In most areas they are long strips of potholes, and many drivers hug the left side of the lane, many times crossing the double yellow lane markers. It has gotten a lot worse this winter, and is starting to be a bit unbearable to drive over. Thanks.

sappington station rd, north of 175, south of burns crossing is not that clean yet, it has been 4 days since the snow stopped. The median is barely visible and there is snow in the median still. The rest of the road north of this areas seems ok, this is part of the road has a curve, and a nicely sloped terrain, and does not feel safe.

Last week after rainfall, when it was below freezing temperature, the southwest corner of the street had a big pond of water, it started icing over. Many of the drivers coming from route 3 towards that corner were turning right, and they come pretty fast, I was worried someone might slip on the ice while trying to make the turn. It looks like a potential accident when weather gets colder in the coming weeks.
