This recently dead pine tree that is on the public land behind our property, needs to be removed. It is next to a stream that has been repaired by the county and is tall enough to damage the power lines if it falls the wrong way.

Large trucks making the right turn from eastbound 40 onto St. John's Lane have a problem with their rear wheels riding up on the curb because they can't swing wide enough. Last week the HC Police were called because a truck got stuck trying to make the turn. The curb needs to be eliminated or moved back to the utility pole that is there and the exposed corner properly paved.

There has been a continuous flowing of water across the access ramp from Rt 40 to Rt 29 south most of the summer. Not an issue UNTIL winter comes and it becomes a large frozen patch of ice. There needs to be a drain pipe installed across the ramp to route the water to a safe place.

There are 2 lanes at the intersection of Plumtree Dr going from the county library toward St. Johns Lane. There are no signs designating a left turn lane onto Plumtree Dr. vs. a thru lane on Frederick Rd. Often a person making a left turn onto Plumtree Dr stops traffic that could flow if they knew the person was turning. We need a left turn only sign and a thru sign installed.

The street sign for Chatham Rd at Frederick Rd is completely obscured by a very large vine when traveling from the county library towards St. Johns Land on Frederick Rd. The vine and probably a tree needs to be cut back several feet.

Bicycle protection grate over storm drain grate pulled up by street cleaner. Projecting into roadway and presents danger to mail truck, walkers, cars near curb. Located at the intersetion of Michaels Way and opposite Old Fence.
