    indiscriminately thrown at every home (occupied and vacant), drive and sidewalk on our street 2nd week in a row. no one asked for this litter. most people don't pick them up and they end up as litter or in the storm drains. I've tried to call TBT but good luck getting behind that firewall of a phone system. I want this stopped or at least an option to opt out. Turning to the City for help or guidance.

    46th Ave. N. between 5th St. and MLK gets a lot of cut through traffic. There's a speed table in front of my house. People go over it like it isn't there or swerve toward the sidewalk to avoid it. In July there was a collision at 5th St. & 46th Ave N that was in my neighbor's yard. Please assist in traffic calming in this area. A few nights ago 2 cars were drag racing side by side on 46th Ave. N. It has got to stop before one of the kids gets hit.

    Masonry contractors are working past 7:00 p.m. within 1000 ft of residential structure sawing concrete blocks. They are generating an intolerable amount of concrete dust & noise after 7:00 p.m. They also caught my yard in fire while cutting rebar. They denied it but it is on my security cameras.
