    We purchased our house on April 23, 2018. Property address 1604 Fort Bragg Road. Can you please explain to me what type of pipe repair/water issue/digging the city had to do in our front yard? We have multiple punctured irrigation lines in the same area where the city did work. I am just learning about the work that was done in our front yard by a neighbor. Thank you
