    High water flow along Church Road, particularly on the properties of 3565 and 3575 Church Rd. have created deep gullies that are a hazard to cars, bikes and pedestrians.

    I submitted this issue well over a year ago and it was not acted upon. With leaves on the ground, it is now a major hazard. I happened to be driving up the road this morning and tried moving right to let another car pass and drove into one of the gulleys, scraping the underside of my car, potentially damaging the suspension on my car. I'm sure this incident repeats itself at least once a day.

    On Rte 29 north, somewhere between mile marker 17 and mile marker 19, it appears multiple bags of ice ended up by the right side of the road. The bags have been blowing around and can be seen along the roadside for 5 miles or so. The bags are clear . with blue print.

    Since repairing the runoff at the intersection of Church Road and the Patapsco Female Institute access road, runoff under Church Road toward Sylvan Lane has significantly increased, causing damage in the wooded area across the street from 3641 Sylvan Lane along with substantial runoff.

    The tree has split in half at its base and one side is overhanging the road and will probably come down soon.

    The stormwater pipe leading from the Woods of Park Place Stormwater retention basin discharge across to the other side of Park Drive is about 80% blocked. It was 100% blocked, causing erosion on the south side of Park Drive, but I was able to easily clear a little debris to let some water pass.

    Right in front of the storm water sewer at the entrance to St. Peters Episcopal Church there is a small (6" high) water spout coming up between the asphalt and the concrete. I assume it is fresh water just because of its cleanliness.

    The end of the asphalt sidewalk at the intersection of Church Road and Sarah's Lane has broken apart. This sidewalk is used when the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company performs at the PFI.

    Stormwater runoff caused erosion along the side of Church Road. The affected areas are along the walking path used during Shakespeare plays at the PFI

    There are 2 spots along the side of Church Road where there is significant erosion These areas are along the designated walking are leading from the parking lot to the PFI, which is used when the Chesapeake Shakespeare Company performs at the PFI.
