    Insanely early trash pickup noise, occurring at about 4:30am every Wednesday on 3rd Street, Harrison Street and 4th Street. This is not the first complaint, see incident 8468684, closed on 9/4. SeeClickFix addresses it and then a few weeks later, the noise starts right back up again. Residents in the multi-unit buildings adjacent (255 3rd, 288 3rd, 309 4th) are all impacted weekly.

    4:30am Waste Management noise: Waste Management's pickup time has gotten progressively earlier, and now it is illegally so. In addition, it has gotten louder and the bangs of the containers can be heard four blocks away. The 4:30am pickup time is illegal. Jack London residences have their illegal pickup times TIMESTAMPED on video. Please rectify enforce the trash legal pickup hours immediately.
