Greetings, The catch basin in the previous report has been checked and it is clear, so it appears to be a low area in the street at 3615, 3621 and 3627 Farnsworth which causes the rain water to accumulate in front of our houses. The water has never spilled over and froze onto the walkway to the street as it has since I have been here since 1968, however, the new walkway was just poured last year but the same curb is still there. The neighbor who investigated this situation said there was about 4 inches of ice buildup in front of 3621 Farnsworth which spilled over to 3615 and 3627. There appears to be a sinking area at 3621 and it could possibly be the root system of the huge tree in front of the house which is coming under the house. I previously requested that this tree be removed. The roots are destroying the walkway coming to the porch stairs and the branches are over our newly installed roof. Please investigate this dangerous situation.

Tires and some debris has been dumped on our rental property, I am disabled and not able to go there remove it.

Old Tree has fallen down and landed on neighbors vehicle and partly blocking the street and sidewalk. These old trees should be removed and new smaller trees planted.

This tree limb fell on my vehicle, that is why I previously requested for the tree in front of my house to be cut down, not trimmed. I am on disability and cannot afford to replace my vehicle nor the new roof we just had installed due to leaks in the house. will you please cut down this tree in front of the house?

Over the years, this side of the block is constantly flooded due to a block basin.

I am wondering why the sidewalks are lifted on the block while the one in front of my house is still there?

Trees are squeaking and swaying in this light wind and they are stressed and will soon snap. I have been here since 1968 and never heard them squeak. I want the tree in front if my house removed, the roots have lifted up the walkway to the street, the sidewalk and even the walkway up to house, it has been destroyed. Please remove it before it snaps and destroy the new roof and our vehicles. I am on disability and do not have the resources to replace anything.

I am disabled and on a knee caddy (wheelchair) and it is hazardous for me rolling out to my vehicle and going into my house. The snow and ice makes it even more difficult for me and I'm concerned about sliding off the walkway and into the street or sideways going to my vehicle. Will you please remove this tree and the roots from this hazard and possibly destroying the house? It is obvious that the roots are destroying the walkway going into the house because the concrete is totally uneven and breaking up

Branches are still falling from old tree near my vehicle and house, the roots have grown out of the ground and destroying the walkway, causing puddles of water/ice to develop on the sidewalk.

Please cut down this tree in front of our house; the little wind and rain brought this large branch dow and barely missed my wife's vehicle and luckily the neighbors parked their weekend rental car across the street.

Branches falling off of the old trees on our block and in front of my house. The branches are extending above the house and I am concerned about them breaking and damaging the house, vehicles or even us. Please either remove the tree or cut it down low.
