On 5/5/2018, there was a physical fight at Chicago and Michigan Avenues about 8:30 PM. Several teenagers were roaming the streets in “packs”. Police presence was apparent after the incident. How about police presence on an ongoing basis? “Proactive” policing instead of “reactive” policing.
