    A section of sidewalk next to the Edenton Street side of Christ Church has sunk to about two inches lower than the adjacent section. I tripped and nearly fell over it- and maneuvering a wheelchair over that ledge is very difficult. This is dangerous for the many handicapped people who go to that church, and to pedestrians as well.
