    Almost every day in the evenings (and earlier on weekends), a herd of dirt bikes, ATVs, and even licensed motorcycles ride up Fairfield Ave and then back down State St.
    They cause traffic, and are reckless and dangerous. They weave through legal traffic and do not respect traffic lights.

    They gather at the park at 1755 Fairfield Ave. Drive on the sidewalks and tear up and destroy the lawn at the park.
