Household trash strewn in ROW

People working on this site this morning with a piece of heavy equipment, despite posted stop work order.

Illegal sign advertising a business. There is no business or any building of any kind at the location of the sign.

Litter strewn in northbound and southbound ROW of GA 9 between Overland Dr and Azalea/Riverside, especially just north of Allenbrook.

Two toppled-over traffic cones, each sitting on what appears to be a wadded tarp, have been on the northeast corner of this intersection for weeks--maybe months. Please clean up these eyesores.

When trying to pull onto Canton Street from Long Circle, looking left, you have to peek between the large sign for the businesses, the trash receptacle, and the light post to try to see southbound traffic. I have written about this before. The issue was closed, with the response that the trash receptacle was not in the ROW. Whether it is in the ROW or not, turning onto Canton Street from Long Circle is tricky. This afternoon, a temporary sign for Core Matters had been placed between the large sign for the businesses and the trash receptacle, making it next to impossible to see oncoming traffic without pulling into the crosswalk. Please have Core Matters move their sign so it doesn't obstruct visibility, and please reconsider the placement of the trash receptacle.
