Large black trash bag has been disposed of in the empty lot at the end of Garfield Terrace. ALL the residents of Garfield Terrace are unable to open windows to their homes because of the extreme odor of rotting flesh coming from the bag. There is clearly something dead in there and the city of property owner needs to remove this and dispose of it properly. This issue has been going on for a week and residents have contacted the city with no response. Please address this public health problem immediately.

This yard has severe over growth. It is full of weeds that are taking over the neighbors yards and it is full of trash from renovations that were done over a year ago. There are three televisions in the yard and a dilapidated structure in front of the house for trash which is dangerous and also full of trash. This property has been reported several times and he owners have not cleaned the yard at all. The overgrowth is out of control and creating severe problems for the residents of that house and on the street.

Another severely damaged spot in the road that desperately needs repair. There are huge pieces of asphalt that have been dragged down the street from this damage also causing a huge mess in our street.
