My neighbor (landlord and resident of building) refuses to remove the large buildup of tree brush, dry leaves, pine needles, etc built up on their side of the fence line. It's almost a foot high in some places. It has pushed our fence back, caused a large bug infestation, and poses a major fire hazard. I was directed by the fire department and police department to report it to this department.
