    Sidewalk, construction fence and the driveway to the mall form a very dangerous blind corner. I saw 2 pedestrians come within inches of being run over by an inattentive driver trying to "beat the traffic" and not looking right when exiting the mall lot. The construction zone fence needs to be adjusted or made non opaque at this spot, or someone will get seriously hurt.

    No STOP signal for traffic pulling out of the private parking area.

    This is a marked STOP intersection, but there is no STOP sign in front of the private parking area. When someone is stopped at the sign on the southbound, public service road, the motorists exiting the private parking area refuse to stop / yield, violating the state law (§ 20-173(c)), and potentially causing a serious accident.

    Please install a STOP sign in the public right-of-way, potentially in addition to the existing sign (pictured).
