    Several trees along the north side of the block (both residential property trees and city trees planted in the city sidewalk plots along the street) have branches extending across the entire sidewalk only 3ft above the ground. Impossible for people to walk under, pedestrians forced to walk on road or around parked cars to bypass tree limbs.
