Good Day, My neighbor, at 86 Manning Street, has a very old Sycamore Tree that, to our knowledge, is dying. It is uprooted now by almost 3feet. Every year the uproot gets worse and worse. Every time it is windy, very large branches fall on our home and in our yard. The branches are not the issue, it is the safety issue of down power lines and the extreme damage when the tree does fall. Does the City have an arborist to check on this tree's condition?

Lawn is reaching almost 4 feet tall. Neighbors are constantly complaining and catching rodents (mice, rats, groundhogs, etc) due to the neglect in the front AND back yard of 100 Manning Street. The owner Donald Pringel is very unsanitary. He owes many landscapers for not paying them for their services. This has been on going for a few years and it is getting out of hand. Owner is unapproachable.
