Recycling pickup was missed last Thursday for both alleys between 21st Ave N / 22nd Ave N and 14th St N / 16th St N. If possible, please schedule a separate pickup as many of us are out of room in our recycling bins due to the holidays. Thanks!

Hex sidewalk becoming more and more uneven. This has been happening over a period of about two years, and while it is a bit hard to tell the severity from the photo, it is getting to the point where it is a tripping hazard and plus some of the blocks are not stable. There is also an issue where when it rains a lot, water floods the sidewalk, so pedestrians are forced to walk in the street.

Lately there has been a significant increase the amount of mosquitoes at all times of the day, not just in the evening.

There is a tree on the corner of MLK and 21st Ave N near the 7-11 that has a huge dead branch. If and when it falls, it will fall directly onto MLK. It should be removed ASAP. Sorry, no photo right now, but I will post one later today. Not sure if this is city property or private property, but either way it is definitely a hazard. Thanks!

The sidewalk floods very easily and backs up into the yard. It is a concern for hurricane/rainy season, plus alot of people walk on the sidewalks here and they are forced to walk in the street on a relatively busy street when it rains.
