Huge pothole, been there for awhile. getting bigger

Need to patch pothole. Very little room to avoid it, especially with those pedestrian plastic delineators for pedestrian crossing warning.

Not sure why some genius thought it was a good idea to put tall grass as a decoration right in front of a crosswalk but it almost got somebody hit. And that's not the first time. Guy using the crosswalk on Kansas between 9th & 10th was wearing white, which made him blend in with that tall Kansas grass or whatever you call that. That needs to be cut down. Safety should be more important than looks.

This morning, I witnessed cars running the red light at 3rd and Kansas (in front of the police station, no less). This is because the signal for 3rd street stays red for a very long time. With the construction on I-70 right above this location, Kansas Ave is closed for that block or two. I don't understand why the City of Topeka can't shorten the time for that traffic signal. It is a frustration for drivers.

While walking on the shunga trail on Monday, we saw this. This was underneath the Topeka Boulevard Bridge. Looks to me like somebody is gather kindling for a fire. I don't think we want to see another issue of bridge damage from homeless people starting fires.

Water main breaks on Topeka Blvd causing morning traffic to be backed up. Why not adjust the traffic signals temporarily?

Grass and weeds way overgrown. This is a problem with this property every year.

Trees hanging over the road. This is so bad that cars on that side of the street are intruding on my driving lane in the opposite side of the street.

Utility line tied to tree using rope. It's been this way for at least 2 weeks now. This can't possibly be an acceptable practice.

Drove over this last weekend. Didn't realize it was deep because I couldn't see with all the traffic in front of me. The pothole was on Huntoon as I was facing west to turn right (north) on Wannamaker. I had to replace my tire a week ago because of this.

NE corner there are a couple squares cut out of the asphalt. Looks like they need to be filled.

Please move the orange diamond construction sign at SW corner of 6th & Summit. It is blocking the view of traffic coming from Summit and could result in a collision.

Tree limb broken laying over the top of the Shunga Trail. It's only a matter of time before it comes down on its own, hopefully not on a person.

Pothole at 9th & Summit

Tree limbs are overtaking the sidewalk area when crossing the bridge over Shunga Creek on west side of bridge.

Renters moved out and the management company needs to mow the grass. It's about 3 feet high.

Tree limbs hanging low blocking view of pedestrian crossing sign at 15th,&College. This is a safety hazard for pedestrians.
