    Signs on the greenway along Haysland Road state that it is UNLAWFUL to use motorized vehicles. When the Park Security has been notified multiple times their response is that they can only "encourage people to move along".
    This is not a one off situation.
    Please let me know if there is someone other than Park Security that should be contacted regarding this situation. Thank you.

    There are several "Park Rules" signs along the paved greenway beside Haysland Road, I would like to request that signs also be installed at the 2 gravel turn ins where the gravel meets the pavement. Perhaps this will help discourage people from driving on the walking/biking path. Thank you

    One sidewalk was repaired but the other, at 2333 Villaret is still in need of attention. Thank you

    On Jan.27, 2023, I requested that the "new" street light in front of our house be fitted with a shield/deflector as it lights up all the front rooms of our home. The request was closed with "We are looking into a new style light to help with the brightness.". Will you please let us know of any progress and/or a replacement date? The light is a nuisance.     Although we live over 3 blocks away from Haysland Road, the noise and the accompanying speeding traffic carries to our home. These are issues at all times of the day & night, Neither traffic laws nor noise ordinances are being enforced. Perhaps a camera system that captures speeding vehicles, identifies them by tag number and tickets them would be applicable.

    There is a dead deer along the greenway path. Head north on the path from Bell Mt. park, at the 3rd metal upright pole (for blocking vehicle traffic), to the right of the path the deer is located in the edge of the wooded area. Pretty stinky!

    My previous issue for sidewalk repair (5440491) was closed by Huntsville Public Works but the work is not complete. Workers did grind down some area but others, including where I fell, have not been addressed. Both sides of Villaret Dr. approx between 2351 and 2357 need attention. Thank you.
