Dave can you put up a ‘No Dumping’ sign somewhere near the Vinedale Rd extension?

We are organizing a neighborhood clean up in this area. Would the DWP pickup the of the wastes. We expect it to be mainly branches and clippings.

Tire left on side of road. 213 Glenrose.

This is located on Vinedale Rd extension. The source of the logs is from a tree cut down at 190 Glenrose. The stump is clearly visible. When facing the logs and turning 180 degrees you will see the branches that were dumped. This dumping issue by this person was discussed and halted 10 years ago. They have resumed this illegal practice.

Someone has dumped various, difficult to dispose of items at the corner of Venus and Glenrose. Includes a/c, oil containers, large metal pcs and general trash.

This is more of a BELD issue. The Patty Whitehouse walkway has washed out again. The source of the water is from the BELD side of the fence. The grading here channels the water towards the walkway. There is existing water collection on the property but the grading of the area is such that the water is diverted towards the path and not to the collection area.

I don't expect BELD to fix the grade issue as that is a large job and would take engineering and heavy equipment. What I would like to see is the water channel raked out so it is somewhat flat. The chance of someone turning and ankle once a little snow covers it is pretty high. When BOND was in that space they were probably the ones who did the final grading.
