Per City / local ordinance, commercial vehicle engine noise should be prohibited, however, Semi-trucks continue to use engine braking producing decibles that are in violation with established ordinance. Requesting "An environmental specialist will investigate the complaint and provide follow-up information of the results if requested." as recommended by the city. I am not the only person that has had these complaints.

Very disappointed I man the subcontractor for the city, they missed our recycling multiple month ax we pull our cans in front of my property so it's easy to see. Now l, they have been left up there since it's been missed and last nights storm blew over the cans and put trash all over my property. Is the city going to come pick it up because of their failed obligation to pick up the recycling on time? This wouldn't have happened if they did. Very disappointed on how poorly this subcontractor to the city is.

A large group of coyote es have made the lot next to my neighbor and I home. I’ve spotted them several times on my property, and you can hear them all howl within maybe 100 yards of out house when a siren goes by. I’m worried for the safety of my young child and dog, as they have even been out during the day, when my small dog is out. Requesting animal control to see if they can relocate the animals or do something to control the population

I , as well as all of my neighbors are desperate for the city's help in enforcing Article V ordinance to combat noise. It's no exaggeration that Semi trucks use engine braking on governors and create excessively loud noise that is a burden and is absolutely disruptive to our living. The ordnance states that anything above 55dB is in violation, the engine braking on these trucks are producing above 80db. The true complaint is that this is happening as early as 3am, waking me or my children up. This happens about every hour on the hour. As Huntsville is now a larger city, I would like to suggest adopting a similar method of enforcement ad place "no engine braking" signs on the mountain. There are even ones that will read and display your decibels. Please, residents are powerless unless our city is willing to help. Thank you.

The road for Governors Dr. SE , NOT governors drive 431, is eroding and becoming a safety concern as when two vehicles are going in both directions, there is not enough space. This can cause damage from debris or to tires from the road being in such poor condition. In addition, because the road is in such poor condition, we have to slow to a snails pace on 431 to turn in, which causes drivers to brake and swerve recklessly to avoid us as we turn in. Please consider repaving at least the entrance to the road. Thank you

Abandoned street equipment in front of property. Should have been picked up when governors construction complete, retaining rain water and debris.

I believe traffic sign stating hidden driveway or some sort of notification that there is a residential street around the been would be beneficial. Pulling out of Governors Dr. SE is on a blind corner with no warning signs for drivers going 55+ mph. Drivers make it dangerous for us to merge on governors with drivers honking and making last minute lane changes to avoid us pulling out, and we can’t accelerate fast enough going up the mountain. Any type of warning sign “hidden driveway” or “watch for entering traffic”.
