    Since Nov 2, there has been a large amount of debris on the sidewalk of 199 Broad including desks, couches, car bumpers and other garbage. The location is a school bus stop and is nearby to a law office, tax prep service, 2 delis and a travel agency. In addition, tenants are running a car repair service in the street (Saturdays are busy) The result is leaking oil, racing cars, ongoing loud music, and the loss of parking space for residents and shoppers.

    Tree is blocking driveway to 2 adjacent houses. Branches are hanging over roof and on windy days are striking the home including windows.
    There are small children next door and in the area and we are concerned the branches might break off and cause either injury or property damage. We are requesting that the tree is cut down and removed.
