Major drainage issue. When the steeet was redone years ago, the curb settled lower in front of our house than it is at the drainage station which causes excessive buildup of water and mud every time it rains in the low point of the street. I don’t see this issue anywhere else in neighborhood. I have to literally go out and manually push the water and dirt buildup after every hard rain otherwise water remains there for days. Constant mid buildup also accumulates there during basic rain because of the poor drainage of the street. Someone tried to help remedy it earlier last year by scrapping some of the curb but it did not Solve the problem. I also spoke with someone at the city and they told me that area is noted to be fixed but other more pressing issues persist beforehand which I understand. I am mostly concerned during long heavy rains and tropical storms/hurricanes that will being major rains. If the street drainage isn’t right to handle an hour or so rain, how is it going to handle a major rain. Thanks for your help.

Park needs to be cleaned up. Not sure how often done but grass area and circled pathway needs to be blown clean and broken toys that could cause an injury (for example, 4 wheel vehicle with only 3 wheels) should be removed. There is also a large dangling branch on the tree on the left as you enter that should be removed before it falls on someone. Much appreciated.

The street does not drain properly after rains due to improper street slope due to a low spot b/w 8958 Garland and corner. Low spot does not allow proper drainage of water to the storm drain. material, dirt, and debri continuously build up and rots for days until manually cleaned while every other street area is dry and clear hours after a rain. Even worse after a major rain.
