Just a note to say thanks for the thorough and nice job the City crew that maintains the right of way did on the ROW and the island at this intersection last week. I know this year has been tough and it's nice to see the area maintained.

I wrote to the property contact address without a response about the trash and debris in front of this building. It has been that way for several weeks. This used to be a nicely kept property, but the front appears to have been destroyed by trashing all the decorations and leaving them as an eyesore. Can this be addressed by the City?

Just want to say thanks and give a great big shout out to all the trash and recycling collectors that have continued to do their jobs during the 'shutdown' - also to the street maintenance workers and those who maintain the ROW trimming, etc. We really couldn't make it without these people and they deserve a great big thanks! for keeping things 'normal' during this stressful time!

Comments were not permitted on the previous submission of this issue, so I opened another with the same address. This type of blight on the walkable City area is inexcusable. Would Alpharetta allow this? Do we not have a more proactive Code enforcement for keeping this type of issue from arising? Apparently there is no more “city Pride” in downtown historic Roswell if businesses can allow this type of occurence. There are repeated violations in this area which reflect on the entire Historic area , and certainly not conducive to making Roswell a “Go To” destination.

Old, abandoned "Workers Ahead" sign on the side of S. Atlanta Street southbound just before Azalea Drive. It is battered and has been there for months. Can someone from the City remove it from the side of the road? It is in a difficult spot to stop, so an official vehicle would assure a safer removal. Thanks.

I travel South on Atlanta Street during rush hour - there is one lane south and two north coming across the river. At the intersection with Azalea/Riverside, the left turn coming NORTH from Roswell Road lasts about a full minute, creating an elongated backup for the southbound traffic. Can this turn signal be shortened about 15 seconds? I watch the turning cars and most get through after about 30 seconds. There is an unnecessary delay and backup for the southbound single lane as a result.

URGENT ATTENTION REQUESTED: Over the weekend of November 2, the Kids R Kids concrete parking lot was demolished and re-poured with concrete. In the process, a LOT of DRY CONCRETE has ended up in the roadway at the intersection of Coleman Road and Magnolia/Pine Grove! I skidded through it on Saturday, and much of it remains in the roadway. I am concerned that IF IT RAINS, the runoff of this concrete will end up in the storm drains, our subdivision, and worse, on the street as solidified concrete! Please have someone from the City inspect this immediately to either have the street sweeper come through quickly, or figure out how to get this off the street before it ends up in a bigger mess than it currently is. It is also a safety hazard, as you cannot get tire traction in the dry concrete and it is in the intersection and on the roadway.

Right of way in need of maintenance - please remind them to cut the median in front of intersection also. In front of kids r kids.

The Right of Way maintenance on the median at this intersection once again desperately needs attention. Previously reported and corrected, it was again been passed over during curb weed removal and the island is extremely overgrown. When maintenance on the curb weeds is done, this should automatically be included. Please ask the crew to remedy this eyesore once again. Thanks!

The Median strip installed on Pine Grove just past Coleman in front of the Kids are Kids is COVERED in weeds. I don't know if the workers think they are supposed to be there, but they ignore them each time the maintenance of right of way is done. It looks unkempt and terrible. The ROW is only done about once a month and there are several months weeds in there now. Please have the crew clean this up and maintain it like it should be. Also, the ROW along Magnolia to Pine Grove could be done more frequently and thoroughly if possible. Thanks.

There are utility markers all the way down Magnolia Street to the intersection of Coleman Road. Please advise why utilities are being marked along this section of roadway. Is there some sort of construction planned that required utility identification?

please remove dog breeder sign advertising dogs for sale from window of closed restaurant. also is the angry way to have the christmas lights removed as they are quite distracting and unsightly

This dumpster door is permanently open and in the pathway of traffic. It blew into my car and caused serious damage. I wrote to the Kroger store manager and requested they do something about it but it remains open 100% of the time and in the path of cars on the parking lot. Is there something that can be done to make them remove the door or get it out of the traffic path?

Traffic sign indicating the closure of Pine Grove was erected placed INSIDE OUR SUBDIVISON on a no outlet street. It is on the left side of Roswell Hills Court coming into the subdivision. Please have the sign removed. Obviously there was no need to place this sign in our subdivision. Perhaps they thought it Roswell Hills Court was a thru street.
