This property always has garbage out illegally and never have in proper containers. Have seen rats at this property before.

Very big rat ran out from this garbage pile. Right in broad daylight. This property is right next door to a restaurant.

Bicycle wheel has been locked here for months with no bicycle.

Street lamp damaged. Top has been completely knocked off. Glass enclosure all smashed.

Was abruptly woken up at 6 am to the building shaking like an earthquake was happening. Jackhammers, power saws, heavy equipment that sounds like tanks are rolling in all at 6:00 am.

The permit clearly states construction is permitted between hours of 7-10.

This has been a never ending issue of the construction starting too early since the beginning of this project.

It is effecting the health, quality of life and well-being of the residents of this building. Please do something to stop this, it has gotten completely out of control.

This property is still not removing garbage receptacles from sidewalk, two days after garbage was picked up receptacles are in middle of sidewalk.

Property is storing it’s trash receptacles on sidewalk, has been there for months.
