    The Oakland Police Enforcement tag this van a week and a half ago We were told they would return to tow this van since it has been sitting in the same spot for over 2 months There is a large amount of GARBAGE surrounding the van and underneath the van. Neighbors have called police because the people that frequent this van @#$% and crap where they are and not caring if anyone is seeing them But no one has returned after tagging the can with an orange tag. .t ! .

    The homeless people keep tossing it in the road and I have dragged it out of the way to prevent an accident Since it seems the homeless people have more rights than residents that pay taxes. And since the City Of Oakland wants to waste tax payers dollars This has been submitted several times and days and yet it still is here. The building where this mattress is located is a senior apartment building The majority of the tenants use walkers, wheelchairs and have disability walking Now you want them to walk in the street to get around the mattresse. ..
