    My garbage barrel is being chewed apart by animals. There are several holes along the sides of my barrel and all along the top. There’s constantly trash blowing out of it and falling all over the place from the holes. Is it possible to exchange my existing barrel with holes for a new barrel?

    My trash barrel and two yellow bags were not collected this morning. All of my neighbors houses their barrels were emptied but ours was missed. There was nothing blocking it so I’m not sure the issue. Please send a truck back today to pick it up. I do not want to have to use yellow bags for this entire coming week because my barrel is already full.

    Yard waste pick up driver dumped my barrel of grass clippings in the road in front of my bugs. There was no reason for them to do this, therefore I should not have to clean up the mess they made. Unacceptable.

    Sarah Jane park soccer field behind Stefanik school. Huge hole in the ground near the soccer goal post that is closest to the entrance in the fence to Harding Street. My 3 year old daughter tripped on this hole and fell tonight. She’s fine but this should be addressed and filled in or fixed before a child playing soccer or football is running and falls on this hole, they could get seriously hurt

    On the section of Chicopee Street between Fill Street and Meetinghouse Road( across from the White Church) there are several of these separations I the sidewalk. Somebody could really trip it get hurt. When I push my daughter in her stroller or wagon or when she’s riding her bike, it always gets stuck and I’m afraid she’s gonna get hurt eventually. Can these separations in the sidewalk be filled in and made safer please. Thanks!

    All along the road in front of WACE radio station ( on both sides of the street) are tons of fallen branches and debris from the wind storm about a month ago. It looks like the debris was moved from the sidewalks to the tree belt, but still. What in the world is the city waiting for to clean this up? It’s dangerous to the people who walk those sidewalks, not to mention it looks like hell. We get another windy day, this debris will be all over the sidewalks and road again and could hurt someone if it gets blown around.

    At the end of Gill Street ( dead end) is a large build up of trash and leaves. Every year this happens. We the residents living at the end of the street should not have to continually clean this up. It is city property. Can we please get the city down here to clean this mess up and dispose of all these leaves and trash

    I put out several barrels of yard waste yesterday and only one wasn’t emptied. It is the correct size barrel and is not overly full. Can a truck please come back and pick it up, as I don’t want this sitting for two more weeks, stinking up my yard and attracting animals. Thank you.
