    In alley 203 there is a lot of stagnant water because storm water has no where to go. Due to this issue they’re a lot of mosquitos in the back yard. The county claims they have no responsibility maintaining this alley. I spoke with numerous people who all give me different answers. The county was there this morning clearing the sewer line in the alley and claim that the alley belongs to the county.

    The Alley behind my house in Delaware ave appears to has storm run off mixed with possible sewage. A house that is vacant in BandA blvd has water pumping from the basement and is running through 511 and 509 Delaware ave to the front of our houses.
