Absentee landlord with overgrown grass.

This commercial vehicle consistently parks here and on Chopsey Hill Road. This is a commercial vehicle registered in the State of New Hampshire and does not belong parked in a residential area. If you don't find it on Red Oak Road, you will find it parked on Chopsey Hill Road. The owner consistently parks this truck between these two streets. Let the owner pay for parking where commercial vehicles are allowed so we don't have to look at this in a residential area.

Cab for Tractor Trailer is parked in driveway in a residential area. Commercial vehicles are not allowed to be parked in residential areas. This is not the first time this has been reported

5+ SHU students living in this house. This house has been reported numerous times because they don't have enough parking spaces for this house and block neighbors driveways/mailboxes. This continues to be closed but nothing is being done about it. How about some action being taken to control housing code violations instead of closing out requests with no response on what is being done?

SHU Student House with bags of garbage and broken chair in driveway. I think they are expecting someone else to pick this up. And being exposed, it will get opened up by animals as it has before in the past. This house has been reported numerous times, it gets cleaned up and it starts all over. Fine the landlord and let's get some results.

Work is being done today (6/26/18) wherein the foundation is being cut - probably to make living conditions for another college student. This house already has five or more people living in it during the school year. Just what Lake Forest needs - a bigger college house.
