    Beaver Street between South Pearl and Green Streets is once again in terrible shape. There are large potholes everywhere and multiple trip hazards!

    There was work done over the weekend and the contractor, possibly Niagara Mohawk left a large plate with a cone but one side has a 5 inch hole which appears to be getting worse daily.

    There are cars illegally blocking this intersection from all directions every day, making it extremely hazardous for pedestrians to cross safely and causing drivers to drive into a turn only lane in order to go straight. This area should be monitored and drivers ticketed until the situation improves.
    I have watched people RUN across the intersection because cars are turning illegally against the light and then blocking the intersection completely. I am afraid someone is going to get hurt or killed. There is WAY too much traffic for this area since Albany Medical Center expanded. I do not understand why this dangerous situation is allowed to exist on a daily basis.
