    In the alley between 9th Ave S and 10th Ave S there is a storm drain opening that is not draining adequately. This is causing our garage to flood during heavy downpours. Is it possible to send a sewer truck to jet or vac it out? It would be greatly appreciated!

    The mosquitos are terrible throughout the neighborhood right now. It's hard to go outside without being bitten. Anything that can be done would be HUGELY appreciated!!
