Overton along the tight curve has VERY BAD expansion cracks. A pickup truck going at the posted speed fishtailed in front of me because it was jumping around the curve due to the roughness. This whole section needs to be milled flat and get a 2" layer of new asphalt. Either that or the road-underlayment needs to be re-done without clay and sand. Something is causing the road to buckle every season. (either ground moisture and heaving, or temperature cycles)

There is a stretch of roadway across the street from our house that once had native vegetation and a pedestrian path. A utility contractor bulldozed the vegetation five years ago and the vegetation never grew back, since then we have been suffering health problems from the new dust. We would love to be granted the opportunity to be able to re-plant the native trees and cactus that was once there. We can provide all of the plants and labor, we are only seeking permission, a blue-stake. No re-engineering would be needed as we are simply replacing what was already there.

Neighbors complain that these are not official city signs and were not put up by the city. If so please remove immediately.
These are incongruent with the spirit and freedom of Bisbee and the Gulch.

Washboard pothole on N-bound La Canada turning onto E-bound Hardy, right on the corner. Cases my motorcycle to lose traction and slip. Repaired insufficiently a few months ago, but is worse than before.

It appears the traffic light sensor was not detecting waiting (school terrace) cars in rainy weather. Cars ended up running the light due to impatience. Sheriff had pulled over someone as well. :/

A non-ADA compliant sidewalk end abruptly into dirt which has a knee-deep fissure. At this same spot the fence comes right to the curb with rusty barbed wire right at eye level. Hazards abound with the mining company, city, and ADOT holding shared liability. No alternate place to walk exists and the other side of the road is walled in concrete with no bike lanes on either side. This is within city boundaries and is the only pedestrian link between Old Bisbee and the rest of Bisbee. There is no lighting for pedestrians. The bus does not run at all times and is not an option for many. Please make the sidewalk ADA accessable and add a bike lane on both sides.

Intersection design incorrect. At least 40% of southbound traffic takes a right on speedway white only 10% takes a left, 50% continues southbound. This intersection recently received two left turn lanes which is not at all what it needs. We need one left and one right turn lane. Please hire competent engineers who think critically and know how to do a basic traffic analysis survey with tax payer money.

Construction crews have decimated the natural vegitation along this strip. Please have this replaced as it was after work is finished. Lack of vegitation promotes flooding, erosion, excessive dust, and looks like blight.
