Rat burrows along the fence line in back yard (accessible from alley)

There are large holes along the back fence line and in front near where the drain spout empties. They are entering our crawl space under the house from the hole in front.

In the front there is a large hole against the retaining wall between our house and 1433 R St NE. In the back the holes are along the fence lines. You can enter the back gate to treat.

We had rat treatment a few weeks ago but are still seeing them running around the yard. There is a big burrow under the fence between our yard and our neighbors to the west; both gates to the yards are open and can be entered for treatment.

There are large rat holes in both the parking area and the yard (enter through gate) along the fence line. Also in the neighbors yard (1437 R) which you can enter through the white gate.
