    Sidewalk needs to be cleaned. It is disgusting. There is human and animal feces on it, blood, dirty needles, broken glass, and discarded food.

    It is a public health hazard. It is City of San Francisco's responsibility to keep the sidewalks and bus stops clean. People are being forced to stand in this filth because San Francisco city workers are not being assigned this task. And I am certain that they would complete it today if it was assigned.

    Fix this mess.
