    The area along Terry Drake Road is now a fully established neighborhood. Multiple requests for completion of sidewalks appear to have been deferred. Huntsville City should reconsider the placement of sidewalks and a safety walkway across the bridge on Terry Drake Road to prevent anymore pedestrians walking on the road edge between subdivisions from being hit by a truck and taken to the emergency room.

    Can something be done about the vacant lot(s) behind me where soil erosion is damaging the landscaping in my yard? I asked the builder (D.R. Horton) weeks ago when it was starting and they said they would look into it. More recently I started contacting the HOA (which is also D.R. Horton) , but as of today the HOA said it's a City issue and so far only added barriers to the drainage inlet which increased flooding made the problem worse and has now washed away mulch I've recently purchased. I partially opened the drain yesterday as I was watching my yard be washed away in the storms but my thoughts are it’s a temporary fix and needs to be more permanently resolved with sodding the vacant lot hill, grading the swells, and making sure all the drainage access is open and not blocked with barriers. Please help.
