    Pavement patch in Boylston/Mass Ave intersection is very uneven and dangerous. Needs to be smoothed out. It's right in the bike lane and bikes swerve around to avoid hitting the major bump.

    9:00 AM on Tuesday, Oct 8. Blue trash bins in bike lane outside apartment building between Public Alley 908 and Marlborough St. (This is the Mass Ave southbound bike lane). This building has been a repeat offender! Please ticket - they have no right to repeatedly block the bike lane with trash.

    At Mass Ave & Beacon northbound, there is some work going on in the bike lane so it's full of cones and barriers. Yet, the flashing sign just says "cyclists are to stop at all red lights."

    How about "bike lane ends" or "share the road" or just about anything else that would help this dangerous situation instead of just anti cyclist messaging!?! This is frankly an offensive use of "public safety" equipment.

    5 or 6 blue recycling bins left blocking the Mass Ave bike lane right. Whichever apartment or business is doing this has been a repeat offender (this is my third 311 request about this). Please issue a ticket so that this business or group of apartments stops using a travel lane to store their trash.

    This is a bike lane, not a loading zone... it's absurd that this is happening during commuting hours (~8:45 am Monday) but of course it is illegal anytime. Can someone please speak to this liquor store and make sure they are aware that they cannot receive deliveries in the bike lane? The store is "Choice Fine Wines & Spirits"

    Please change the signalling at the intersection of Mass Ave and Newbury/Pike entrance. Vehicles turning right from Mass Ave onto the Pike do not look for bike and pedestrian traffic who have the green light and walk signal. Despite the flexposts, vehicles fail to yield every single day. Today I had a close call with a truck that was not signaling their turn, and not yielding. The cyclist in front of me had a close call with an SUV. Please change this to have a right arrow prohibiting right turns while traffic on Mass Ave has the green light. Then, have a separate right-turn-only phase (see Porter square where this has been resolved recently with separate phases). Please do this now before someone gets killed. If you look at the vision zero map for this intersection, it's full of complaints for vehicles not yielding.

    lots of missing flexposts along the inbound side of Mass Ave towards symphony. These have been missing for quite some time and basically enable drivers to park in the bike lane. When will this finally be fixed? This is one of many repeated tickets that have been opened about this issue and it is consistently ignored.

    Another day, another illegally parked car in the Mass Ave bike lane. This one is particularly egregious because there are actual legal spaces immediately to the left. Please bring back the flexposts ALL along this corridor! MA license # 1JP 494 at approximately 8:45 AM on 4/3/19. This person was simply sitting in the car, on their phone.

    K&M Transportation, RI plate # 90474 parked in bike lane on 4/1/19 at approximately 9 AM. There was a taxi also parked in the bike lane at this time.

    I ride through here every day, and about 50% of the time, there is someone parked here. Please replace all the flexposts to make sure there is a BARRIER preventing cars from using this lane as extra parking. The other side of Mass Ave is exactly the same issue - flexposts are gone, so it becomes a free parking or uber dropoff lane.

    Evening of 2/27/19 at approximately 5:30pm.

    6 different vehicles were parked in the bike labe on the stretch of Mass Ave between Symphony and Comm Ave. Most looked to be ride-shares with Uber or Lyft stickers. The flexposts in the section are missing, please replace asap or the entire lane just turns into free parking, forcing bikes to swerve into fast-moving traffic. This situation is actually *more* unsafe than having no bike lane at all. Please station an officer here and start ticketing. I will continue to report these incidents for data collection purposes even though I know that nothing is being done.
