Restaurants on the East side of Canton St back up to the new just completed East Alley. A beautiful and expensive rehabilitation of the East Alley is disgraceful as all or the garbage, extra items are clearly visible when dining or just walking along the East Alley.
Why spend all of our $ to beautify the East Alley if the Canton St restaurants don't find it important enough to shape up their back alley responsibilities.
Everyone I have spoken to feel the same way.
