I would imagine that there is some sort of training before garbage personnel get on the truck. Part of that, I would hope, would be to return bins to their original spot with the lids shut. It doesn't happen all the time, but more often than it should, the bins are either left in the street (where people cannot park or leave) or with the lids open (almost always happens when it's raining) or both. I realize this isn't the end of the world but it is logistically problematic.

These types of trucks should not be picking up on streets with street parking, they come entirely too close to our cars. (by the way, Ryland pawned this problem off on Macon-Bibb)

Once again, this type of truck is picking up our trash. This type of truck is not supposed to be picking up on streets with street parking. I don't want the truck that close to my car.

Old TV and water heater have been put at street to be picked up.

Trash hasn't been emptied at Murphey Park that sits between Ingleside Avenue and Wildwood Drive in over a month.

Yard waste needs to be picked up

Lever truck is still coming to our street and coming way too close to our cars and then leaving bins in front of driveways. Today, one bin didn't get emptied all the way, it's at least half full.

It's my understanding that the garbage trucks that use the "claw" aren't supposed to service streets that have street parking. One of those trucks just came through our street and emptied our bins and came way too close to our cars. Can we get some clarification?

Recycling did not get picked up on Tuesday.

I just watched garbage and recycling all get dumped into the same truck.

Our block was missed yesterday

Since recycling days seem to have been changed, could someone please send out an official correspondence of when to expect the recycling trucks? I've gotten conflicting responses on my tickets and get the impression that no one knows what is going on.

Garbage has not been picked up at this address, or any of the addresses that use the alley between Progress Street and Monroe Street.

I put in a ticket yesterday for recycling missed pickup. A Heatherb@RE replied that recycling is now the 1st and 3rd of each month and then promptly closed the ticket. Our landlord has received no such notice nor have we seen anything about this change in the news. According to the news, it was all supposed to stay the same. Also, our recycling was picked up last on the appropriate day which was the 4th week of January. So, what is being done and what was commented on my ticket are conflicting. If the process has changed, there has not been sufficient information dissemination. We need to know which is correct so that our bins are not sitting on the curb for days/weeks at a time.

Recycling truck did not come today

At Pinecrest and Elmridge, there is a pothole that's at least half a foot deep. To be honest, all of Elmridge is horrible. It's severely buckled in a couple of places.
