    There is a pothole/sinkhole forming in front of a new build here. There is wastewater spewing out of it flooding surrounding properties and the roadway. This is a safety risk for people passing by and possibly for cars driving by or over it. There is flooding one block down as well, the water is suspect to be flowing down to the next block as well.

    The road sign was hit by a truck and is bent sideways on the corner of 4th and Selby in The Selby On The Bay neighborhood. It is a No Parking At Anytime sign. It is an area people walk/bike. Could be hazardous to run into.

    •Drainage from private property should not be discharged into a County sidewalk, roadway or roadway storm drain. This includes both sump pumps and raingutter downspouts.

    The sump pump at 833 Selby Blvd is draining directly onto the roadway and flooding the driveway of 835 Selby Blvd, and flooding the entire perimeter of 837 Selby Blvd. This is causing damage to the driveway/yards and standing water. The standing water is causing an increase in mosquito larvae. This issue had been reported in the past and never handled.
