There are several bricks in front of 1 & 101 Main Street that need attention. Building Management would like to know if the City of Cambridge is responsible for the repairs beyond the facade of both 1 & 101 Main. Please let me know at your earliest convenience.

There is a dead racoon on the left side of the road in front of 101 Main St.

In front of 1 Main St there are multiple signs still posted on the meters for work that ended on 12/15/19. Could we please have these signs removed from the meters as soon as possible. We get several people coming into the lobby asking if it's okay to park there and complaining about the signs.

Behind 1 Main St on the Canal Side of the building there is a bike that was tossed over the railing. It is located near the bike fix station/bike racks. Please have someone remove the bike from this area and check with CPD to see if it has been stolen.

On the corner of Broad Canal Way and 139 Main St the street drain in the bike lane has sunken into the ground. We've placed cones there to avoid any accidents. Please have someone fix this issue as soon as possible.

The signage and cones in front of 101 Main St were placed early September for work beginning on 9/11/19 and were to be removed on 9/30/19. The utility work ended over 2 weeks now and the road still hasn't been cleared. Could someone please clear the road from the signage and cones?

These Cannistraro Contractors have been abusing the 101 Loading Zone located at the corner of Broad Canal Way and 101 Main St. These vehicles have been parking here daily for hours without utilizing the space for loading. These spaces are needed for taxi, car sharing, etc. Today, these vehicles parked in the loading zone just before 6am. Please have them move their vehicles as soon as possible and advise them of the time limits for the loading zone. Thanks.

There is currently 2 cars parked in the bike lane in front of 1 & 101 Main St. Attached is the picture of the car in front of 101 Main. This is an ongoing issue where people keep blocking/parking in the bike lane.

This blue Raleigh Pursuit bike has been locked outside of 101 Main in front of the Tatte restaurant for over a year now. Please remove this. I've reported this issue before (request # 4577034) and it was closed but the bike was not removed.

Cars are constantly driving and stopping in the bike lane. Cars coming off Edwin Land Blvd get confused as to where the traffic should go and end up driving down the bike lane.

The new Loading Zones in front of 1 & 101 Main are hard to determine that they are in fact Loading Zones. We constantly have to call CPD to have vehicles towed away for parking in this area for an excessive amount of time. Could we please have bold letters painted into these spots to avoid having to call CPD daily for this issue.

Please add a sign saying "Right Lane Must Turn Right" and paint a Right Arrow on the street. There is already a Turn Right light signal installed and cars continue to drive straight while in the right lane. This could potentially cause an accident.
