Per this site the person named Toby Fominaya has been cited but never fined or held to account, per a FOIA request, this is been going on for over a year and he is not held accountable this must be addressed.     I was given complaint number B-2018-400 and the letter was sent to the neighbor, they have disregarded the letter and they continue to dump water onto the road from their sub-pump, flooding my yard and basement. The county statute clearly states the sump pump discharge must be greater than 10 feet from the road, the neighbor at 833 Selby is only a foot or two, causing the water to pool in my yard.

    Upon trying to handle this civilly with the neighbor, they laughed it off and didn’t seem to care they were knowingly illegally causing flooding in my house and yard. They have two sub-pump discharge areas, the one they use a 95% of the time is the one that’s 2 feet from the road that’s causing the flooding and one that’s set up according to code in their backyard that they only use when getting inspected. They hit a switch when inspectors arrive, especially if they know when they’re coming, to evade detection. The sub pump in their front yard is discharging 2 feet from the road must be removed it’s been well over a month and nothing has been done. Thank you.
