South end of the alley that runs parallel to Nicollet Ave ave between 69th and 68th. Trash trucks (and others) have created a large mud hole- sometimes spraying mud into the street and yard. It's unclear if this is city responsibility because it is right next to the street or homeowner because it is adjacent to private driveway. Would like direction and possible assistance. Cars / Trucks stray from alley frequently before exiting the street causing damage and hazard.
