Walnut tree on western edge of cemetery, behind Albion St, has just dropped 2nd large limb into my back yard. The first happened about a month ago. Now about half the tree is hanging over the cemetery fence into my yard. This tree needs to be trimmed/removed -- it is a hazard to my dog and my property.

Streetlight missing from southwest corner and it's a very wide pedestrian crossing. Very dangerous in the dark with vehicles driving fast along this stretch. I've nearly been hit on two occasions.

Westbound traffic has a green light that essentially serves as a green left arrow. However, there is no yellow left arrow and eastbound traffic starts moving forward without any warning to those westbound travelers turning left. Malden is the wild west of traffic signals. Please consider vehicle operator safety - this intersection is ridiculous.

This intersection would greatly benefit from the installation of a green arrow light for traffic travelling north on Main St and turning left onto Charles. There is always traffic headed straight south on Main, of which prevents those aforementioned northbound travelers from safely turning left.

Light flashes red and yellow. No one knows what this means. Some people stop and most people do not. This is a hazard, right in front of a fire station. What is the deal with the traffic department in Malden? Please improve.
