Piles and piles of leaves on Prescott from Franklin to Warren.

9 out of 10 evenings, between 10 p.m and midnight, there is loud car music with enhanced speakers driving thru the neighborhood. Many times it rattles my windows. It's guaranteed on Fridays.

Someone dumped a tire on my property on the Warren border.

Thank you Toledo PD for patrolling my neighborhood. I just saw a patrol car driving past my address on Prescott St.

DESCRIPTION
I don't believe a liquor store parking lot is a good idea for a children's event on the 4th of July. Kids playing in pools and dodging traffic in the parking lot.

Dumping in front of my house. I suspect I know who it is. Please ask street cleaning to pick it up and if possible, I request the street sweeper sweep the entire street.

DPU didn't pick up recycling bins on Wednesday, 10/06/2021 as scheduled.

Request clean up crew from fallen tree branches on sidewalk. City picked up large limbs but left a mess on sidewalk and street. Street sweeping requested, too.

Damaged tree with large limb hanging by a thread. If it falls on a person, there will be serious injury. Lots of debris on the sidewalk and street by the tree. The tree appears to be dead so an assessment about whether to cut it down might be necessary.

The alley behind the Liquor Store at 15 W Bancroft is used by delivery vehicles, including huge box trucks and semi trucks. The condition of the alley concrete is degrading rapidly since I bought my house two years ago because of this high traffic. The alley has become a regular street for patrons of the liquor store. Foot traffic thru the alley is a menace. Stolen property from my yard has resulted. I asked the previous owner to block off access and he said he would pay one half of the cost because he acknowledged it was a problem for the six houses that use the alley. I have not spoken to the new owner but the business is currently for sale. Might I suggest a video set up so you can see the activity in the alley and determine a solution? Also, you may want to put one of those devices on the road that tells you how many cars are going thru the alley. There are small children who play in the area and it presents a hazard for their safety.

Grass very very high.

Large vacant lot at corner of Prescott and Warren needs grass mowed and trash removed.
