The man that lives here believes that his postage size back yard is a farm. The majority of his back yard has turned into a garden. He has placed many cartons/buckets, building wood, old PVC piping wooden ladders, wheel barrel and spare wood /debris against his tree and stacked behind his tree. It is is not only unsightly but a possible fire hazard. His plantings, and garden materials are very close to all neighbors property lines. He expanded his garden and now has the pile of dirt beside his tree. There must be two dozen plastic cartons/buckets, and 3-4 large plastic barrels along with all the other junk. It has been like this as long as he has lived there but is getting progressively worse. Ironically, his front yard is well kept.
