The construction for the above address is for the Delmar Terrace project. The construction is literally on the zero lot line of the alley. It is far to tight in this alley. Yesterday a box truck got stuck. The alley is too tight to fit through as my existing building (Delmar Villa Condo) was built here about 15 years ago. The truck struggled to get through the alley and the end result was that the truck ripped down the construction fence . The construcction crew rigged the fence up but there are gaping holes in the actual chain link fence and jagged parts of the fence sticking into the alley. Construction material is also pilled up against teh fence and the fence is bulging into the alley about a foot. The alley is already too tight as noted by the truck that could not get through. These jagged pieces of fence will tear my car, any car, apart. Between the jagged fence pieces sticking out into the alley and the building fence we cannot safely traverse our alley to access our parking area. This construction site is a hazard. I was only able to upload one photo. I have several more as well as a video of the truck stuck in the alley.

The construction permit for the building of Delmar Terrace project located at 745 Delmar Terrace South, St Pete is from 7 am to 7pm . It is now 7:41 pm and construction is still going strong and LOUD at the construction site. We already endure this for 12 hours a day. It needs to end a 7 pm PERIOD. It should not even be for 12 hours in a purely residential area. Last week one morning they began at 6:40 am. We have had ENOUGH! They need to adhere to the permit schedule.
